The Lean coach that knows Lean — and you.
Not sure how to phrase it? That’s fine. The coach handles vague, messy, half-formed problems better than clean ones. Clean questions usually mean the hard thinking has already been done.
The kinds of things worth typing here:
“We tried 5S in our department, but it didn’t stick.” “My team is skeptical, and I don’t know where to start.” “The daily team meeting takes 20 minutes, and nothing changes.” “I think the problem is employee resistance, but I’m not sure.”
None of those are perfectly formed questions. All of them led somewhere useful.
A note on the two modes
Tell Me, Coach Me — they matter, but not at the start. Pick anything. You can change mid-conversation and it doesn’t lose the thread.
If you want to understand what each mode does and when to use it: Help & Support

That means two things. Your price is locked. And what you find frustrating, confusing, or missing gets built next — because there are fewer than 50 of you and every piece of feedback gets read personally.
